HTC Sense TV app for HTC One updated with remote learning function

HTC has been on a ringlet these last few days with numerous firmware and app updates. The latest update today is for HTC Sense TV, which pushes it to version 1.two.

HTC Sense TV is a TV remote application that lets users take advantage fo the built-in IR blaster in the HTC Ane for Windows. All the same, instead of just a remote command for your Television or cable box the HTC Sense TV app also pulls down current TV shows, movies, and sports. The app lets you scan past TV show, run across what the episode synopsis and even seeing how much of the episode has progressed.

Version one.2 slightly refines the Sense Television app with the following feature:

  • Learn remote control functions – For TV brands that are non listed, this feature allows you to sync up with the Tv set'south remote control to learn and accommodate various functions to plough your smartphone into a ameliorate remote control.

Although non a huge addition, especially if you are already using HTC Sense TV without effect, this should assist those who have had bug setting up the app with their cablevision Television set provider or hardware.

Absolutely, HTC Sense TV is one of our most used apps on the HTC One as information technology is truly a problem-solving and useful app due to its speed over traditional digital cable menu systems. Hopefully, we will come across IR blasters become the norm in 2022 for smartphones. Cheque our video demo of the app above to see information technology in action.
